The hotel is in an excellent location, near the attractions of Walking Street and Coral Island. Rooms and bathrooms are nice, and the staff, especially the girls, are friendly. Buffet breakfast is good and they have many facilities like an ATM.

Payment by credit card is not accepted, cash is the only option.

The hotel is very bad, the rooms are dirty and look like they did repair is already 20 years. And the photographs of Booking all just wonderful. Cockroaches everywhere. Please do not stop there.

the ckeaness of the room is very bad, under the bed still a lot of stuff/ condoms of the other guests, the carpet in the room is not clean at all and there a beast in the room everywhere, this hotel has nice pictures but it need urgently refreshments, hotal has more than 100 rooms, only seven sun beds at the swinning pool????

I stayed at a hotel in Pattaya for my recent city trip and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the free Wi-Fi in the room and public areas. It was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Despite the positives, there were a few negative aspects during my stay. The breakfast selection was limited and not very appetizing, with only a few options for vegetarians. The noise from the street at night was also quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times. Finally, there were no amenities like a pool or gym, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying at the hotel again in the future.

The hotel has just 2 good floors. The other floors are not acceptable for the price!

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel's location is superb, as it is very close to the bustling Walking Street, where there are so many things to see and do. We were impressed with the service provided by the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist us with our needs. The laundry service was a great convenience, allowing us to have fresh and clean clothes throughout our stay. Additionally, we appreciated the well-maintained outdoor swimming pool, where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I Did booked deluxe room. It was very good. But about the superior room. Its very bad when I did checked it.

Erawan is just about 5 mins from walking street and the beach. Very well located.

The room was fairly spacious and had a nice view of the pier from the windows. The hotel was located close to popular nightlife attractions and shopping areas, making it a convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes.
